Rebuilding life with chronic fatigue
I am building a private occupational therapy practice to offer you one to one online support to find strategies to manage fatigue and improve your ability to participate in everyday activities. Grounded in the latest evidence, and in my own personal experience of chronic fatigue, I help you take back control of your health, time and energy.
I am currently running a pilot programme to develop this service before making it more widely available.

Chronic fatigue affects every part of daily life - work, relationships, household chores, hobbies, and even basic self-care. If you are living with fatigue you might find yourself pushing through exhaustion until you “crash,” or feeling frustrated and alone.
Through The Fatigue Service, I offer personalised support to help you better understand your fatigue and develop practical strategies to manage it.
As an Occupational Therapist, my focus is on helping you participate in the activities and roles that matter most to you. Together, we will explore how fatigue affects your daily life and identify ways to manage your energy more effectively so that you can do more of what is important to you.
Because I live with chronic fatigue myself, I understand some of the challenges you may be facing. In my work I combine my lived experience, professional knowledge and the latest evidence to help you minimise these challenges and meet your goals.
